1. Purpose

Open Movement is built for respectful skill-sharing, practice tracking, and constructive feedback. These Community Rules apply to posts, comments, exercises, collections, profiles, media links, and any other user-submitted content.

2. Respectful Conduct

You must:

  • Treat other users with respect
  • Give constructive, non-abusive feedback
  • Avoid harassment, bullying, intimidation, or targeted hostility
  • Avoid impersonation or misleading claims about your identity, qualifications, or affiliations

You must not post abusive, hateful, threatening, or sexually exploitative content.

3. Safety and Dangerous Practice

Movement practice can involve advanced or dangerous physical activity.

You must not:

  • Encourage reckless behavior without appropriate safety context
  • Present dangerous techniques as safe for beginners
  • Pressure users to attempt movements beyond their experience level
  • Post content that is likely to cause harm without proper supervision, progression, or safeguards

When discussing higher-risk movement, include reasonable safety context where appropriate.

4. Intellectual Property and Unauthorized Content

You may only post content you have the right to share.

You must not:

  • Upload or link infringing, stolen, or unauthorized content
  • Misrepresent ownership of media, exercises, or other materials
  • Repost third-party content in a misleading or abusive context

If content is reported for copyright or rights issues, we may remove it and restrict repeat offenders.

5. Spam and Deceptive Conduct

You must not use Open Movement for:

  • Spam
  • Scams
  • Malware or harmful links
  • Fake engagement
  • Repetitive promotional content
  • Deceptive or manipulative behavior

6. Reporting and Enforcement

Users can report content and accounts through the app. We may review, remove, restrict, or disable content or accounts that violate these rules, the Terms, or applicable law.

Enforcement may include:

  • Content removal
  • Reduced visibility
  • Warnings
  • Temporary restrictions
  • Permanent account termination for serious or repeated violations

7. Third-Party Media and Services

Open Movement may display or link to third-party services and content sources, including YouTube and Juggling Lab. Use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies.
