These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the Open Movement mobile application ("App"), operated by Gabriel Naulleau, micro-enterprise, 48 rue du Montparnasse, 75014 Paris, France.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.
Open Movement provides:
You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account.
You retain ownership of content you post, including posts, comments, images, video links, exercises, collections, and profile content.
By posting User Content, you grant Open Movement a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the App for operating and improving the service.
You must not post content that:
Public exercises and collections are treated as user-submitted content and are subject to the same moderation and rights rules as posts and comments.
Your use of the App is also governed by the Open Movement Community Rules, which form part of acceptable use expectations for the service.
Movement practice carries risk. You participate at your own risk.
Open Movement does not provide medical advice. You are responsible for assessing your own readiness, using qualified supervision where appropriate, and stopping activity if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
The App and its original content, excluding User Content and third-party content, are owned by Gabriel Naulleau and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The App may link to or display third-party services and content, including:
Those services remain subject to their own terms, licenses, and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or privacy practices.
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access for violations of these Terms, the Community Rules, or applicable law.
Serious or repeated violations, including repeated intellectual property abuse, may result in permanent account termination.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or other harmful conduct.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Gabriel Naulleau is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, with disputes subject to the courts of Paris, France.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
