2. What to Include

When reporting a bug or account problem, include if possible:

  • Your device model and operating system version
  • The app version you are using
  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened instead, including any error message
  • Screenshots or screen recordings if they help explain the issue

3. Feature Requests

If you want to suggest improvements or vote on future ideas, use our feature request board.

4. Account and Data Requests

For requests related to access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data, contact us at contact@openmouvement.com.

Privacy-related requests are handled in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

5. Moderation and Safety

If you need to report harmful content, abuse, or another community safety issue, use the in-app reporting tools when available or email contact@openmouvement.com.

Include links, usernames, or screenshots where relevant so the report can be reviewed accurately.

6. Response Time

We aim to respond as quickly as possible, but response times can vary depending on request volume and the complexity of the issue.
